Our Special Edition Ribbon Skirt Grab Bags have everything you need to create a unique statement piece. Featuring 2 yards of our brand new cotton poplin designs, 12, 16 or 20 yards of premium double-face ribbon, 1.5 yards of 2 inch elastic and a surprise Heat Transfer, you can create a beautiful ribbon skirt that can easily be dressed up or down.  These Special Edition grab bags won't last long, and are only available for a limited time!
