Returns and Exchanges
49Dzine offers a 14 day return and exchange policy on most items. Items being returned or exchanged must be unworn, unused and in the original condition received in to qualify for a return and/or exchange.
Clearance items, fabric, handmade goods and customized goods are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
In order to receive a return or exchange on products please email email@example.com. Please include your order number, items that you are requesting a return/exchange for and pictures of any defects. Once your request for return/exchange is received you will be contacted within 72 business hours via email. If your request for return/exchange is approved we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number as well as a return mailing address.
All shipping costs for returned/exchanged product are the sole responsibility of the customer. 49Dzine highly recommends using a trackable shipping service for sending returns/exchanges as 49Dzine can not be held responsible for any returned/exchanged merchandise that is lost in transit.
Once we receive your return/exchange at our processing centre all merchandise will be inspected to ensure that the merchandise is unworn, unused and in original condition. If after inspection merchandise is deemed to be unworn, unused and in original condition a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to be reflected by your bank.
If upon inspection merchandise is deemed to be worn, used or not in original condition a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund issued. If upon inspection merchandise is deemed to be unsellable merchandise will be returned to you at your expense, no refund will be issued and you will no longer be allowed to make purchases from 49Dzine.
Any returns of 4 items or more will receive website credit only.
Please note that refunds/exchanges requested due to colouring issues will be made at the sole discretion of 49Dzine. 49Dzine does not provide refunds/exchanges for slight variations in colour between your computer/mobile device and actual items received.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable under any circumstances. No COD return/exchange shipments will be accepted by our returns centre.
Please note that new orders resulting from an exchange will not be processed until exchange merchandise is recieved and inspected by our returns centre.
