How do I know how long my order will take?
While we strive to ship your order to you as quickly as possible, processing times can vary depending on the item(s) ordered. Typically orders will ship within 7 days of ordering. If your order contains custom made to order items then your order will typically ship within 20 to 25 days.
Why is some or all of my order coming from multiple locations?
As a small Indigenous business we partner with multiple manufactures across the globe to be able to offer you a wide array of products at an affordable price. We design all of our products ourselves or with the assistance of Indigenous designers and then partner with manufactures across the globe to produce our products at an affordable cost.
We also partner with Indigenous artisans across North America to produce one of kind culturally relevant items for our customers.
With your support we continue to move more and more of our manufacturing in house allowing us to reduce or costs and improve our delivery time. With your continued support we will continue to reduce our use of outside manufactures.
I think I might have ordered the wrong size, can I change it?
Changes to a pending customer order can only be made within 24 hours of order creation. After 24 hours we are unable to make any changes to your order as the items in your order have already moved into the production stage. If you believe that you have ordered the wrong size please email us at email@example.com and include your order number, incorrect item ordered and correct item requested. We will do our best to action your request but please be advised that this is not a guarantee that your request will be actioned.
Why is my order taking longer then you say?
There are a few reasons that your order may be taking longer to ship then the estimates provided. Your order may be delayed if the items you order are shipping from different locations. Your order may also be delayed if we are unable to verify your shipping address. If we are unable to verify your shipping address we will reach out to you via email to confirm your correct address.
Why does my order cost so much to ship?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post and the shipping price at checkout is reflective of the price we pay to Canada Post. If you live in a remote area, the territories or the Maritimes Canada Post rates are higher then for those living in an urban area or the west coast. We do not control the rates set by Canada Post and are unable to reduce your shipping cost at this time.
I would like to call you about my order, what's your number?
We do not have a customer service phone number for online orders. We are required to document all communications with customers in regards to online orders and us such do not have a customer service phone number. If you require assistance with your online order please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you.
How come I can not cancel my order?
Orders typically move from an order state to a processing state within 24 hours of order creation. Once an order is in a processing state this means the manufacturing process has begun. In order for us to offer you the highest quality merchandise at an affordable price we are unable to stop the manufacturing process once it has begun and as such are unable to cancel orders after 24 hours.
I got an email saying my address can not be verified. What do I do?
Before we ship your order to us we verify your order against the Canada Post database of recognized Canadian addresses. If Canada Post does not recognize your address this means your order will not be delivered to you. We then send you an email asking you to confirm your address to ensure the address information we have is correct. If you confirm that your address information is correct and your address still can not be verified by Canada Post 49Dzine can not be held liable if your package is not delivered or lost. No refunds will be issued for lost parcels if you request the parcel to be sent to address that is not able to be verified via Canada Post.
What is your policy on offensive and abusive behaviour?
49Dzine has a zero tolerance policy on the use of profanity and insults to other customers or to us. You will be banned from shopping with us or accessing our various social media sites if you use abusive language. As a business we do our best to treat all of our customers with respect and we require the same from you. We understand that sometimes things go wrong and we want to do our best to correct any issues but we will not tolerate abuse of any kind.
I am a small business and would like to buy your products. Do you offer a wholesale discount/program?

Once you have submitted your wholesale request form we will review and if we deem your business a good fit for our brand we will provide you will log in credentials for our wholesale website.
